VICTORIA
The Great Ocean Road is one of the most
picturesque coastlines in all of Australia,
and a scenic helicopter flight is a great way
to see it all. Ranging from 15 minutes to an
hour long, your journey will take you over
the Twelve Apostles, the Shipwreck Coast
and even as far as Cape Otway. At the end
of the road, Bells Beach in Torquay offers
world-class surfing conditions for
waxheads who want to hit the waves.

TASMANIA
It may be famous for its land activities,
but Tassie is a great spot to traverse
by water. Take a kayak and spend
time exploring the dazzling Freycinet
National Park. As you drift along the
coastline on crystal-clear waters, you’ll
pass pink granite mountains, pristine
sandy beaches and lush wilderness.
If you’d prefer to kick things up a notch,
why not give white water rafting a go?
The Franklin River’s rapids offer an
exhilarating course for those willing
to challenge themselves.

QUEENSLAND
Marvel at the natural wonder of
the Sunshine State’s lush Daintree
Rainforest at Cape Tribulation
with a ziplining experience. Take
to the treetops for spectacular
views in all directions as you
move from one platform to the
next. Or, if you like living on
the edge, push yourself over
it with a bungee jump!
In Cairns, you’ll find
Australia’s only bungee
tower, where you can
choose from 16 jump styles
as you plunge 50 metres to
the freshwater pool below.

WESTERN

AUSTRALIA
The country’s largest state has plenty
to offer nature lovers and adrenaline
junkies. Divers and snorkellers can
jump into the ocean at the World
Heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine
Park and explore the coral reef and
its underwater inhabitants. Amp
up the action and take a once-in-
a-lifetime trip to Exmouth to swim
alongside the local whale sharks

  • you may also encounter blue
    whales, manta rays, dolphins,
dugongs and turtles. If you’d rather
get your kicks on dry land, 90
minutes from Perth are the Lancelin
Sand Dunes, where you can speed
down the hill on a sandboard or
quadbike. Want to fly? Head to
Perth and you can jump out of
a plane on a skydive. But if that’s
a little much, iFLY indoor skydiving
offers the feel of the real thing
while staying close to the ground.

Nothing can prepare
you for a swim with the
biggest fish in the ocean!

Sandboarding the
