xplosive new claims from those close
to Bachelorette stunner Sophie Monk
suggest it hasn’t all been smooth
sailing between the leading lady and
her chosen beau since filming ended- and it’s all because of text messages
she’s received from a suitor she sent packing!
‘I would like to keep in touch with the guys,
[at least] some of them,’ the 37-year-old told OK!
shortly after the show wrapped. And if pals are to
be believed, she’s done exactly that and in doing
so, caused a rift in her relationship. ‘There have
been several texts from one guy in particular –
all harmless, friendly banter – but [Sophie’s man]
knows there were genuine feelings involved and
it’s understandable he doesn’t think she could
just switch those feelings off,’ says the friend.
So, who has Sophie been receiving messages
from? With Stu Laundy, 44, considered the hot
favourite to win, some may look to overly smitten
suitor Jarrod Woodgate, 32 – although bachelor
Blake Colman, 29, shouldn’t be ruled out, either.
He tells OK! there were ‘sparks flying’ on-set
between him and the former Bardot babe, and
they even had secret meet-ups. ‘We had plenty
of kisses... and there were chats off-camera,’ he
spills. ‘I know we have a great connection, we
find each other attractive and we have good
conversation. To be honest, I didn’t think any
of the other guys were a threat.’ Interesting!
As for Apollo Jackson, 24, keeping in touch
with Sophie without the all-clear from her flame,
well, it just isn’t in his nature. ‘I’d love to keep
in touch with Sophie if I don’t win, but that’ll
also be up to the guy,’ he shares.
