SUCCESS STORIES
L
ife before the
challenge: Over
the last few years I
have gradually put
on around 10kg which did
get me down a lot. I felt tired,
lazy and unmotivated. I tried
to stay social and spend time
with my family and friends but
always felt uncomfortable in
my appearance because of my
weight. I would always look at
pictures of myself before the
weight gain and wonder how I
let myself get to this point.
I started the Oxygen
challenge because I was
stuck in a rut. I knew it
was my diet that was letting
me down but I struggled to
find the motivation to do
anything about it. I would try
to eat better but I just wasn't
consistent so I never got the
results I wanted. I got sick of
struggling to fit into my clothes
and constantly feeling fat so
I had to change something
because what I was doing
wasn't working and I just wasn't
happy.
Since I started the
challenge, I feel like a
completely different
person. I have so much more
energy; I'm motivated and
comfortable in myself again. I
sleep better, my skin is better,
and I can fit into my clothes
again and have even had to buy
new ones! I am so glad I did this
and worked as hard as I have
because it has paid off. This
challenge has set me up to
succeed in the long term
because for me the workouts
are enjoyable. I have always
preferred doing weights to
cardio and I can mix up my
exercises so I don't get bored.

Chloe’s top tips for
surviving a challenge:

workout so
far:
The lower body
workout in phase 3.
Squats
Lunges
Hip thrusts
Single leg deadlifts
Sumo squats
Hamstring curls
Reverse
hyperextension off
bench.
I used to hate doing
lower body but now I
love it and love working
on my glutes. I didn't
realise how much I used
to neglect this area.
Rachel is definitely a
massive inspiration!
Success
Phase 3 winner Chloe Raymond
is motivated and comfortable in
herself once again!
The meal plans were
simple and enjoyable and
it has become an adaptable
lifestyle rather than a 'diet'
which has made it easy for me
to sustain now that the
challenge is over. I still enjoy
my food and wine; I just do it in
moderation. Before
