ONEDAY MEAL PLAN:
Meal 1: Zucchini plant protein oats
Meal 2: Banana and berries or mango plant protein smoothie
Meal 3: Sweet potato, fish and vegetables

What do you love about fitness?
I love the confidence that comes with fitness.
It allows you to set your own challenges and
overcome any weaknesses. Not only does it
allow you to look better, it makes you more
comfortable in your own skin and improves
your physical and mental health.

What is the most memorable
goal you have in your career?
Being invited to compete as a Bikini Pro and
represent Australia at a world level recently
in Brazil, where I placed 3rd against such
amazing competitors. Such an opportunity
seemed beyond my wildest dreams.

What do you do for your day job?
I run my own personal training and boot
camp business "Kurvylicious". I am extremely
blessed that I look forward to and enjoy
working every single day. Nothing inspires
my fitness journey more than my incredible
clients.

What do you hope to achieve
in your fitness career?
After my 3rd placing in Brazil, I aspire to take
out a Bikini Pro world title. Nothing compares
to that feeling when you win, knowing that
you put absolutely every bit of discipline and
dedication into your goal and deserving your
place.
