TIGHT TONED LEGS


WALKING LUNGES

Set-up: Start by standing
naturally with your feet
shoulder width apart.
Action: Step forward and
lower slowly into the lunge,
driving up forward
through the front heel as
you step the other leg
forward. Repeat.


Tip:
Squeeze the
dumbbell as
hard as you can
between your
feet to turn the
adductors on
as well

Tip:
After completing a big leg
day like this one, make sure
you spend 5-10 minutes
just rolling the legs over on
the stationary bike to flush
your legs of lactic acid and
to try to promote recovery!

keep your fluids up
