(and the star of Bulgari’s latest jewellery campaign),

Aldridge never has a quiet day at the office. Off duty,

however, the runway pro prefers a low-key routine: family

dinner before dark and keeping up with her Netflix queue

6.30AM | Breakfast
buds I get up early, wake
my daughter, Dixie Pearl,
and give her a kiss. Then
I make myself a cup of
green tea, and we sit
together to eat before
she gets ready for school.
She usually wants
sausage, and I prefer
steel-cut oatmeal with
almond milk.

8AM | At the barre

If I don’t have to work,

I exercise next. It really

clears my mind. I do Ballet

Beautiful, sometimes two

times a day if I have a big

job coming up. One

session will be more

mat-based, the other

standing cardio.

12PM | Clean eats

For lunch, vegan

shoots can be

unpredictable.

10AM | Now boarding Every day is different for me. Modelling is definitely

a round-the-clock job, whether that means keeping fit, taking an interview,

or flying around the world. Because my commute is usually on a plane, I’ve

picked up a few tricks to avoid puffiness, like unde-reye patches from Klorane

and Shiseido and a spritz of rosewater before arrival.

Social media is something

I approach organically. It’s

all me! Sometimes I’ll post

four things in a few hours,

but then I could go dark

for a week.

WHEN IN ROME

As the face of Bulgari’s 2017 global jewellery

campaign, Aldridge visited the Eternal City

to work with legendary photographer Mario

Testino. “It was incredible,” she says. “I could

see the Vatican from the set and channelled

a powerful character in outrageously beautiful

jewellery.” Her favourite pieces? “The

Serpenti collection. The look is very sexy.”
