Get a great spring pick me up with these savoury
options for your daily dose of health.

If you do not have a sweet tooth but like
the thought of a savoury smoothie then this
selection is perfect for you. If the blend is a bit
thick just add in extra water until you are happy
with the consistency.
METHOD
Place all recipe ingredients into a blender and
blend until smooth.
SERVING
Each recipe makes a single serving.
Savoury
Hot Tomato
TASTE: Savoury tomato with slight spicy kick
- 1 orange
- 2 stalks of celery
- sprinkle of cayenne pepper
- handful of ice
- 200ml (scant 1 cup) fresh tomato juice
Radish ‘n’ Beets
TASTE: Earthy beetroot
- 2 cooked fresh beetroot (not pickled)
- 6 radishes
- 200ml (scant 1 cup) fresh carrot juice
Maca Carrot
TASTE: Savoury with slightly salty
celery fl avour
- 2 stalks of celery
- handful of kale
- 1 tsp (or 2 capsules) maca powder
- large handful of ice cubes
- 200ml (scant 1 cup) fresh carrot juice
Protein Toms
TASTE: Savoury green salad
- ½ cucumber
- large handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp pea protein isolate powder
- 200ml (scant 1 cup) fresh tomato juice
Green Glow
TASTE: Slightly sweet coriander
- 1 apple
- ½ cucumber
- large handful of spinach
- large handful of fresh coriander
- 200ml (scant 1 cup) cold water
Chilli Pepper
TASTE: Creamy and subtle savoury
fl avour with slight spicy hit
- 1 red pepper
- handful of kale
- ½ small avocado
- sprinkle of cayenne pepper
- 200ml (scant 1 cup) cold water
