ello and welcome to our March/April
issue. As we go to press on this issue the
dark winter is abating and spring is on
the approach. It’s great to see the skies lighter at
night and start to feel that fi rst craving for salads,
albeit warm ones!
This issue sees more global cuisine with curries
from around the world (p18) and a bounty of
recipes from the ocean (p58). Rachelle Bell
enthralls us with the next installment of her
travels around the world; this month featuring
Thailand and lemongrass (p66). We put a few questions to Nick
Knowles (DIY SOS) about how he came to write a cook book, also
featuring three recipes from his recently launched publication (p16).
Nichola Whitehead looks at how we can reduce stress in our busy
lives (p55) and if we should be eating less meat (p5).
