modern, rustic wedding with a country feel that was
neither too formal, nor too casual,’ says Hilary. First
up, guests indulged on finger food and oysters in the
garden before sitting down under a marquee for the
main course. ‘The marquee lent itself perfectly to the
theme as it had gorgeous French doors that we
entered through, a lounge area up one end and an
additional side marquee for the bar,’ says the bride.
The couple’s cake was filled with vanilla fudge, a
layer of passionfruit ganache and it was iced with
white chocolate fudge. ‘It was to die for!’ says Hilary.
‘It really is the best day
of your life and it’s over
