later, when touring New Zealand’s Marlborough wine region on a bicycle built for two, Laurence took the
opportunity after lunch one day, to propose. Their relaxed wedding-planning process began.A more covered style

typical wedding dress, and I wanted
sleeves,’ says Anna. ‘I couldn’t find
anything I liked, so I decided to have
my dress made ’ with a little
inspiration from the designs of Elie
Saab. Melbourne couture designer,
Linda Britten, created a gown with
an appliquéd lace bodice, and a full
organza skirt. When she tried it on,
Anna says, she ‘couldn’t wait to
