Note: Read all the instructions
before starting the project. It
is recommended that fabrics
be 100% cotton, pre-washed
and well ironed, although you
may prefer not to pre-wash the
charm squares to prevent them
from fraying. Requirements are
based on fabrics and fusible
batting 107cm (42in) wide. The
project is constructed using the
English paper-piecing technique.
The binding fabric that Leanne
used is printed with diagonal
red and white stripes – it’s
not cut on the bias. Use two
strands of embroidery thread
for the stitchery designs unless
otherwise stated.
