window seat, with built-in
storage for extra bedlinen,
blankets and quilts. A classic
striped fabric (Mitra) covers
the window seat cushion
and is paired with a lattice
print (Leyla) scatter cushion,
and stylised fl oral accent
cushions on the bed
(Bukhara). Keeping within
the same palette ensures
each pattern works
beautifully with the next,
bringing balance to the

PURE & SIMPLE
A tall cupboard
in the bathroom,
fi nished in Dulux Sea Breeze,
is treated to pretty scalloped
handles made from MDF and
painted Dulux Natural White.
The vanity unit features
vertical panels, in keeping
with the theme running
throughout the house, and
is topped with white marble.
There are plenty of drawers
and cupboards, all fi tted
with traditional drawer
and door pulls. The
mirror-fronted cabinet
accommodates smaller
items such as make-up,
