Project Monash University New Horizons Building 82, Clayton

The scope of works for the New Horizons building included an extensive use of structural steel to the entire perimeter of the building.
The structural steel members were installed within tight tolerances to ensure accurate bracket installation for the façade boxes. The façade boxes were
all manufactured off-site, primarily in two halves for transportation because some were up to 22 metres long. Attached to the top and bottom of the
boxes were the sub-framing for the aluminium window system. The Kalzip cladding works to roofing and soffit had to be carried out on site due to
the complex geometry of the building.
