Project Sheraton Noosa Resort & Spa

The project primarily involved the refurbishment of 167 hotel rooms including suites and villas. It also included the refurbishment of a restaurant and

bar, extensive façade works and revitalisation of the hotel entrance. The old bar and restaurant were stripped back internally and tastefully refurbished

into celebrity chef Peta Kuravita’s Noosa Beach House restaurant and bar. The challenge of moving materials into and out of a fully functioning hotel

whilst achieving minimal impact on guest enjoyment and hotel operations was overcome by extensive planning.
