The use of ‘Building Information Modeling’ and fully integrated solutions solved many of the problems associated with the complexity of this project.

The building is visually spectacular from multiple perspectives. The complexity of the geometric shape in the highly curved areas is increased by the

large spans of the atrium voids. The design of the innovative and sophisticated Diagrid façade was inspired by the ‘skin of a pine cone’. The structure

spans approximately 30,000 square metres with three levels below ground and six levels above.
