Project Gold Coast University HospitalThis new 750-bed tertiary hospital features state-of-the art facilities designed to cope with the population growth of South East Queensland. The new
hospital consists of six separate buildings with a total floor space of around 170,000 square metres. As well as a technically complex internal fitout,
the hospital grounds have been designed to be welcoming for staff, patients and the families. In managing the design and construct contract the Lend
Lease team was focused on ensuring a shared understanding of the complexities of delivering this world-class facility.
