SpecificationS

we’ve Seen you riding thiS around
thredbo, were you SurpriSed that it
could take all the big hitS?

Very surprised. It’s crazy how much this bike
can handle, before getting the Process I had only
ever owned XC bikes so it blew me away what the
Process could handle for sure. I still haven’t found
a limit for it.

we’ve Seen connor put hiS proceSS
in Some intereSting placeS aS well,
through hiS inStagram. whatS the
hardeSt trail you’ve put the proceSS on?

I took it to Serfaus Fiss Ladis bike park in
Austria where we rode some crazy enduro
tracks, other than that I regularly take it down
the DH track at Thredbo.

SuSpenSion iS key to any bike, how do you
run yourS?

The suspension on my Process is pretty standard,
high speed compression is pretty soft but it ramps
up a lot for the big hits.

what do you think of the new pike?

It’s hard to explain how good a fork can be without
having ridden it yourself, I think seeing the
amount of bikes that have the new Pikes shows
that they are definitely on another level, crazy!

have you made any modificationS to the
proceSS?

I haven’t really done anything to it since Matty
built it, I change tyres depending on what track
I’m riding but that’s about all.

iS there anything you would like to
change in the build?

I would love to get a set of new SRAM Guide brakes
on it, other than that everything on it is perfect.

the proceSS SeemS to have flown under
the radar in auStralia.

Yeah they have for sure, before I signed with Kona
I hadn’t really heard much about the Process, they
are definently getting a lot more exposure recently
though! I haven’t yet met someone with a Process
who doesn’t love it just as much as I love mine,
get out to your local Kona dealer and take one for
a ride and you will soon find out why. You won’t
regret it!

andrew crimmins is one of australias fastest
juniors and a member of the kona world cup
squad alongside connor fearon. he recently
won the cannonball festival air downhill for
the second year in a row amongst some tough
competion. we caught up with him to check out
his unique training ride.
