Oxfam Trailwalker is one of the most
inspiring team challenges in the world.
Teams of four will journey through
100km of bush trail within 48 hours.
Teams have to start together, stick
together and finish together – it’s
tough, but with the right training and
attitude, teams will be amazed at what
they can achieve. This event helps to
raise vital funds for Oxfam, which
supports people living in poverty.
Oxfam works with local communities
promoting education, ensuring access

to clean water, teaching sk ills to grow
food and advocating for their basic
rights.

climbing cargo nets, speeding down a
mega slip and slide and dashing through
live wires charged with 10,000 volts are
just some of the obstacles to be faced.
Rally together mates, family, colleagues,
sporting groups and training buddies
for a very rewarding and fun challenge.
There’s even a Junior Stampede for the
little ones aged 5-11 years packed with
kid-friendly obstacles. Funds raised
through the event support CanTeen,
Kokoda Youth Foundation and The
Heart Foundation.

+ SYDNEY TOWER
STAIR CHALLENGE
Sydney Tower, 23 August,
2015
With over 1,504 steps and
309 metres of vertical height,
the same height as the Eiffel
Tower, the Sydney Tower Stair
Challenge will see participants
running, walking or crawling
their way to the top of the
Sydney Tower Eye. The funds
raised go towards Giant Steps, a
charity which contributes to the
understanding of autism through
research and publication. There
will be categories for walkers
and also for runners/climbers,
so people of all fitness levels can
enjoy the climb. There’s even a
fancy dress category for those
who want to have fun and get a
little crazy.
