would you be?
I would love to be in Las Vegas,
competing with and meeting some of
the best in the fitness industry.
What is your claim to fame?
I played for Malta in the Rugby League
when I was 18, and I was a part of two
NRL clubs, the Gold Coast Titans and
Cronulla Sharks.
What is the most romantic thing
you’ve ever done for a woman?
Taken someone to the Natural Bridge,
in Springbrook National Park, for a first
date to see the glow-worms.
Describe your perfect night out...
It would be getting a pizza and bottle
of wine and sitting on Burleigh Hill to
watch the sunset.
What characteristics do you most look
for in a woman?
Honesty, loyalty and someone who’s
supportive – someone who I can build
an empire with and raise a family.
How do you stay in shape?
Training is my life – it’s the first thing
I think about when I wake up and the
last before I go to bed. I hold myself
accountable to eating good nutritious
food and to training twice a day. My
training changes, depending on what
my goals are. I’ve always loved cardio,
so I try and implement that into my
weight training – for example, higherrepetition ranges (15-20) and super
sets, with up to 2-3 exercises. I aim
for strength but also the ability to
maintain that strength for a longer
period of time, instead of
burning out after say 4-6
repetitions. I still split
my muscle groups
up individually so I
can focus on each
one and maintain
symmetry
throughout my
physique.
