Wake up → Acetyl Carnitine (Alcar) – get that fat burning happening straight away! It’s best to

consume this just before breakfast. Research has also shown that Alcar may also
assist with cognitive ability, mood and memory, so it’s a great start the day.

Before training → Pre workout and creatine – creatine is the most researched and proven of all

supplements, providing energy and improved neurological performance, as well as
aiding muscle growth. Pre workout improves energy, focus and concentration and
gives a boost for those times you want to train hard but you are feeling a bit flat.

During training → Branched Chain Amino Acids – an easily absorbed form of protein, sipping BCAAs

during workouts helps with energy levels and ensures my muscles don’t go catabolic.

After training → Protein powder, Carbs and Glutamine. At this point I use a fast absorbing protein

powder whey protein isolate to get straight to work on building and repairing those
muscles! Glutamine acts as an anabolic agent, allowing the body to burn fat rather
than muscle and also helps maintain muscle, especially important during times of high
stress and when dieting.

Evening → For optimum results, I take a second dose of Acetyl Carnitine before dinner

Before bed → Either Casein Powder or Thermowhey, with added Glutamine if I am dieting hard.

Casein is a slow release protein which ensures my body is getting the protein it needs
to repair and grow throughout the night. The
faster release protein as well so it can be used
plus it has ten active fat burning ingredients.
