INGREDIENTS (to serve 1)
2 tbs reduced-fat
ricotta cheese
1 pinch ground cinnamon
2 slices multigrain bread
2 fi gs, sliced
1 tsp honey
METHOD
1 In a small bowl, mix the ricotta
and cinnamon together.
2 Place the bread in toaster
and cook to your liking.
3 Spread the ricotta over bread
evenly, then top with sliced fi g.
4 Drizzle the honey over the
toast, then enjoy!
