Floor to ceiling 1 Start with your feet hip-distance apart, standing up. 2
Bend your knees and
sink down low enough to touch the floor with your fingertips. Jump up as high as you can and reach up towards the ceiling. Maintaining a high tempo, go straight back down to the floor. Bet that’s got your heart pumping...

TIP


Do each move for 30
seconds, then rest for 15 seconds and move on to the next. Complete the full circuit three times through. As your fitness
