THE PERFECT
SUMMER PUNCH

If you’re planning to throw a
house party this season, the
easiest (and most delicious)
thing to do is make a giant bowl
of punch for everyone – and
this recipe from Ellie Banfield,
barlady at the Royal Hotel
Paddington, is sure to impress.

    rosé

 Cointreau
Lemonade
 vodka

lime juice
Fresh fruit of your choice

“Start by pouring a bottle of
rosé in a big bowl. Cointreau
goes well with rosé, so add
that. Mix in a good chunk of
ice, lots of lemonade and
fresh fruit. For an extra kick,
add 60ml of vodka and then
some lime juice.”

THE CHEAT’S BELLINI

Prosecco

peach schnapps
peaches

“Everyone usually has that
peach syrup in the back of
their cupboard. Add a shot of
peach schnapps, then some
syrup from the tin of peaches,
in the bottom of a champagne
glass, top it up with prosecco
and add one of the peaches.”

ELLIE’S TOP TIP:
“Everyone has a drinks
cabinet at home with an old
bottle of Malibu or cheap
vodka. Throw those in with
some coconut water and fresh
summer fruit and you’ve got
yourself a delicious
cocktail.”

Get your caffeine fix in the most fun way possible – with a shot of booze!
