bare block of land at the moment, the My Ideal House site
is nonetheless a place that’s buzzing with possibilities.
Located at Crest by Mirvac, a master-planned community
emerging at Gledswood Hills in Sydney’s south-west, our 416m2
site will soon be a hive of activity. Next month, we’ll share the
short-listed home designs in the running for a $25,000 competition
prize. With innovation, f lexibility, affordability and sustainability
at its heart, the My Ideal House project aims to create a blueprint
