Taxi Studio has been voted the best studio
outside London for three consecutive years.
Following its multi-award-winning global
rebrand of Carlsberg – and being crowned
Creative Pool Independent Agency of the
Year – the Bristol-based agency is now also
the first non-Londoner to break into the
overall Top 10.

What defines Taxi’s approach?
Brave work cuts through and delivers
commercial results. We’re known for our
fearless approach to creativity, so existing and
prospective clients naturally expect this from
us. They want to be pushed outside of their
comfort zones, excited, thrilled, and a little bit
scared, and that’s exactly what they get from
us. All delivered with humility of course.

How is the agency adapting to thrive?

FMCG has been a challenging sector to be in,
and we’ve definitely felt that. It’s been a tough
year for many of our clients. Increased global
uncertainty has put extra pressure on budgets,
and restrictions on long-term planning
has resulted in many restructures. We've
responded by evolving our model to create
greater efficiencies and rapid routes to market,
and restructuring our team to ensure we are
agile and fighting fit for what lies ahead.

Does the future look bright for Taxi?
The role of our design thinking, combined
with our deep knowledge of brand, has never
been more powerful. We’ve carefully reviewed
where we add the most value and how we
collaborate with clients and partners more
effectively, and this is opening up exciting
opportunities. We’re feeling fired up about
2020 and can’t wait to get stuck in.
