years , but Princess Mary’s

sartorial cred comes at a price.

Th e Danish press have

discovered Mary’s number-one

guilty pleasure: handbags!

According to the publication

Se og Hoer , Mary has treated

herself to 59 new bags over the

past fi ve years, with her haul

worth a whopping $200,000-

plus. From Chanel to Prada and

even the odd Hermes Birkin, the

Crown Princess’s collection is

chockers with high-end labels.

It is unknown whether the

44-year-old buys the bags or

they are gifted by fashion houses

hoping to get the royal stamp of

approval, and the Danish Royal

House refuses to comment on

Mary’s shopping habits.

Th e Tasmanian-born princess

has made no secret of her love

for fashion and is a regular at

Copenhagen Fashion Week. She

was spotted browsing at Gold
