TAKE NOTES FROM THESE
COUPLES, WHO HAD A BFF
SANDWICHED BETWEEN THEM.

The lesson: Never start a relationship for
the wrong reasons. Beyond the fact that Aria
found out about this relationship by witnessing
a massive PDA, she questioned Mona’s real
motive for going out with Mike. Ask yourself:
would I still like him if he wasn’t my bestie’s
brother? If the answer is no, stay away.

The lesson:Make sure you really want it.
Bonnie always puts her friends first and for
this reason we all know she must have REALLY
loved Jeremy to jeopardise her friendship with
Elena. The fact that she’s such a good friend
is why Elena gave them her blessing.

After the big spill, there are two ways your friend can react: she
can be happy for you both – or she can be the complete opposite.
“If you are lucky, she may be really happy for you. If she is against
the idea, your friend might be upset and even angry,” says Janine.
If she doesn’t take the news very well, you might need to think
about the fact you could potentially be losing a friend here. Try
talking to her again about the issue after you have given her some
space. The best thing to do, like Jade did, is make your BFF know
how important your friendship with her is to you, no matter what.
The key is to listen to her and try to see things from her side.
And if she does take it well? Awesome! Now, you just need
to make it work. “Try to keep your relationship and your friendship
separate,” Janine suggests. This means, knowing when you are
going to visit your friend and when you’re going to the house to
see your boyfriend. Try not to get into heavy details about your
boyf with your bestie and vice versa. Bring on the fairytale! l
