BREAKFAST SHAKE


Try... homemade super muesli


If you love... toasted muesli


You’ll need:
1 cup plain, rolled oats
2 strawberries, cut in half
8 almonds
A small handful of Goji berries
A small handful of pumpkin seeds
½ cup milk (cow, almond, coconut or soy)
1 tsp honey

To make:
1 In a bowl, mix together oats and milk.
2 Top with strawberries, almonds, Goji berries
and seeds to serve. Drizzle with honey, if desired.

DOLLY tip:
This is yummier and healthier if you soak the oats
(or the whole mix!) overnight in coconut water first.

What’s so super about it?
It has no dodgy oils, refined sugar or dried fruit
(which can cause bloating), lots of extra fibre and
antioxidants. Your skin will glow, your immune
system will get a boost and you’ll feel full, too!

You’ll need:
200g plain Greek yoghurt
1 banana (we like to freeze
these first)
1 tsp of any nut butter
(we love almond or peanut)
½ cup plain rolled oats
1 tbsp raw cacao
Handful of ice

To make:
1 Blend all of the ingredients
in a blender. Serve immediately.

This shake has less sugar and more
wholegrain carbs, plus plenty of
good fats and vitamins. You’ll score
an energy hit that lasts all morning,
as well as an instant mood-boost
from the cacao. Delish and healthy!

To get some more greens into your day, try a super-greens powder. Add it to your
smoothies or juices, stir it into coconut water or blend it with your yoghurt and
