•2TbsAppleSauce - 1 Tbs Wholemeal Flour
- 1TbsLemonZest
- 1TbsLemonJuice
- 1 1/2 Tbs of Healthy Way Psyllium
Husk - 2 Tbs Healthy Way Flaxseed, Carob
and Berries - 1 Tsp Healthy Way Black Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Scoop of INC Diet Whey Vanilla
BLUEBERRY, LEMON & CHIA SEED
PROTEIN PANCAKES
Method
1.Whisk egg whites, apple sauce, lemon juice and lemon zest
together
2.Add banana, mix until well combined
3.In a separate bowl add wholemeal flour, Healthy Way
PsylliumHusk,HealthyWayFlaxseed,CarobandBerries,
Healthy Way Black Chia Seeds and INC Diet Whey Protein -
Mix until well combined.
4.Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture stir together adding
half a cup of blueberries.
5.In a medium sized frying pan, over medium heat use butter
and drop in two large spoonful’s of pancake mix, cook and flip
until both sides are golden brown.
6.Serve with left over blue berries
**Optional, Drizzle with Honey or Maple Syrup
