sports and enjoy activities with my kids and
their kids.
ON WORKOUT MOTIVATION
Surrounding yourself with like-minded
people and interests is key. I also love
watching motivational success YouTube
videos. I use self-talk too or you could say
‘chant’ at myself; I like intensity and amping
myself up for things!
ON WORKOUTS
I focus on fast-paced but heavy weight
training. I also train legs three times per
week for 30 to 40 minutes, which means I
don’t have to incorporate too much cardio.
