Crushed Oreos!
To make this
cool custard (from
expert pastry chef
Cory Colton at
Quality Eats in
NYC), beat one
250g package of
cream cheese with
a mixer until fluffy.
Stir in 400g
of sweetened
condensed milk
until smooth.
Mix in ¼ tsp of
peppermint extract
and 3 tbs of green
crème de menthe.
Fold in ½ cup of
whipped cream.
Layer with crushed
Oreos, and top off
with more whipped
cream. #
