Microcephaly is a
disease in which
a baby is born with
a head smaller than
usual and whose
brain has often not
developed properly.
Depending on the
severity of the
condition, children can
suffer from a range of
disabilities including
impaired intellect,
seizures, hearing loss
and vision problems.
