pasta sauce; sprinkle with grated
mozzarella. Top with chopped, drained
char−grilled capsicum, chopped
semi−dried tomatoes, sliced black olives
and torn fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle
with more grated cheese before baking.

PEPPERONI & OLIVE
Spread a pizza base with bottled tomato
pasta sauce; sprinkle with grated
mozzarella. Topwith sliced pepperoni,
black olives and sliced red onion.
Sprinkle withmozzarella before baking.

MUSHROOM & FETTA
Spread a pizza base with bottled
tomato pasta sauce; sprinkle with
grated pizza cheese. Top with thinly
sliced flat mushrooms, crumbled fetta
and chopped fresh thyme. Sprinkle
with extra grated cheese before baking.

SALAMI & ROCKET
Spread a pizza base with bottled
tomato pasta sauce; top with grated
mozzarella and thinly sliced hot
salami. Just before
serving, top with baby
rocket leaves.
