Tiny Tacos featuring Coon Cheese

200g COON SHRED Tasty Cheese
200g MISSION Corn Chips
1 MISSION Taco Seasoning
1 MISSION Salsa Jar
500g Mince
250ml Sour Cream
Optional: jalapenos or chili
(^1) Heat pan to a medium heat, cook mince and taco seasoning
until brown.
(^2) Pre heat oven to 180C. Arrange corn chips fl at on a lined tray and
place small teaspoon of the meat mixture on each corn chip and
a few pieces of COON SHRED Tasty cheese. Cook for 5mins, or
until cheese is slightly melted.
(^3) Add a dollop of salsa and sour cream and serve immediately.
