Salvia Wish Collection
Long-flowering, fast-growing and
dry-tolerant, this salvia collection
is aligned with Make-A-Wish
Australia – part of the proceeds
go to granting wishes for
children with life-threatening
conditions. There are three
varieties in the range and all of them
grow into small bushy shrubs, about
80cm high and wide, and require a sunny
spot with well-drained soil. They’re great for
mixed borders, large containers or any garden
zone where a splash of colour is needed
throughout the warmer months of the year.
Salvia ‘Wendy’s Wish’ bears vibrant magenta
flowers, ‘Ember’s Wish’ is bright coral red, and
‘Love and Wishes’ bears deep purple blooms.

Salvia Heatwave Series
With a range of 10 different colours,
the Heatwave salvias are compact
in size and waterwise in nature.
The bushy plants grow about
70cm high, with a neat rounded
shape and evergreen aromatic
foliage, and suit sunny or partly
shaded positions. They’re great for
mixed beds or containers in gardens,
courtyards or patios. The colours range from
strong pinks such as ‘Radiance’, ‘Glitter’
and ‘Sizzle’, to soft apricot (‘Glow’), cream
(’Glimmer’), salmon (‘Blast’) and others.

Salvia So Cool Range
With flowers in cool shades of blue,
mauve and purple, the plants in
this collection feature compact,
dense growth habits and good
drought tolerance. Thriving
best in full sun, they produce
a profuse spring flower display,
followed by continuing flushes
throughout the warmer months. They
look fabulous in containers or mass planted in
low-maintenance areas, and are ideal for small
gardens. The range includes ‘So Cool Lilac’,
‘So Cool Violet’ and ‘So Cool Purple’.

    look, with wispy
    blue salvias planted
    among summer-
    blooming perennials.

  2. Try them potted – grow compact forms in containers
for long-flowering displays. This ‘So Cool Lilac’ makes
