“Growingup,Ispentagood

shape, and I think it was
probably age 33 that
Ithought,mylegsaren’t
going to grow anymore,”
laughs Ling Yeow. When it

now,shefeelsshecouldbe
doing better in the health
department. “Obviously
because I’m a cook, I’m
always around delicious
food,soI’mconstantly
having to taste all the time.
ButalittlethingI’vedonefor
my health is to just not snack.
I was just overseas, and from
not having snacks because
we were in Airbnbs the whole
time,Ilostweight,which
was crazy because we were
in Italy, the land of food.”
She admits that she needs
to start exercising again,
but “I’m generally very
active.I’mintheindustrial

the best exercise I’ve ever
done–it’slivedrummingand
really vigorous exercise.”
Why did she agree to the
naked shoot? “It’s a good
thingtobesendinga
message of healthy bodies
of all shapes and sizes and,
beinganartist,Ireally
appreciate the body as
a beautiful form.”
