Let’s spread the body love message. Post
a picture that inspires body confidence for
you – it could be a quote, you working out,
meditating, your fave food or best body part,
etc. Post a snap and in the caption, nominate
a friend to do the same, too. Use our hashtag
#stronghealthyyou and we will repost our faves!

Your body is simply incredible – it
can run marathons, rotate in bendy
positions and break down the
craziest of foods. So why, when you
look in the mirror, are you often

deprogram yourself from negative
self-talk?Andhowdoyoutruly
appreciate the bits you moan about?
Ahealthy,strongbodycomesin

recommend that looking at many
different body types is fundamental
to self-acceptance (minus the
Instagram filters!). Broadening your
view of what all female figures look
like is key. Remember, there is a
lot going on behind the scenes to
make women look good in mags,
TV and on social media – lights,
make-up,stylists,etc–allofwhich
helped me in this pic! The majority
of us have stretch marks, cellulite
and lopsided boobs (um, yes). We
are often worried about being
judged by others, when, in fact, we
are just thinking about ourselves.
Beating negative body talk takes
commitment. Here are a few little

To prove it, we asked eight high-

share their inner thoughts about
their body. We salute these amazing
