or lifting) to help build muscles post-
pregnancy. 2. Work out how to schedule in
regular sessions. Look for gyms that provide
a creche. Some trainers and gyms hold
new-mum group sessions that incorporate
your baby into your workout. 3. Set clear
goalsforwhatyouwanttoachieve,
and realistic time frames. Include goals
that aren’t purely aesthetic (which
sometimes fall short), like feeling
stronger or more energetic.
