Stand with feet together,
hold ing a 10-pound dumb-
bell in each hand at chest,
elbows bent, palms in.
Bend knees, keeping
chest lifted. Extend right
leg out to side, tapping toe
on the ground [shown].
Reverse motion. Do 20
reps, then switch sides.
ease up this is basically
a single-leg squat (already
tough) made tougher. need a
break? straighten your knee
