SET A 2017 RUNNING GOAL

Every month the Women’s Running team challenges you to complete a different running task and show us the evidence.
This month, we asked you to set a New Year’s running resolution.

The Challenge – Try a new session
It’s easy to fall into a habit of doing the same route or session every time you go for a run. But to further improve, it’s a good idea to vary
your training sessions. Your challenge this month is to try a new session – you’ll find some great ideas on pages 84-85. Send us a post-
run picture via Twitter, Instagram or Facebook using #WRChallenge, by 7 February. We’ll choose the best ones and put them in print.
