just wider than shoulder-
distance apart, maintain
alignment. Slowly lower
chesttofloor,atbottom
of the range push up
explosively and clap hands
together. Control your
landing and go straight
into the next repetition
without pausing.
Exercise 2
Tuck jumps
Standwithfeetat
hip-distance apart.
Keeping back straight,
bend knees and hips in
ashallowsquat,jump
vertically pulling knees
to chest, land and
immediately jump again.
Exercise 3
Medicine ball
Facethewallwithright
foot and shoulder
forward. Hold ball at
chestheightwithleft
hand behind, right hand
on front. Throw at wall,
catchwithbothhands
on rebound.
