Stir 1 tablespoon pepitas (pumpkin seeds), 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
and 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds into Basic ButtermilkPancakes batter
(recipe onpage 12) before cooking. Serve pancakes topped with greek−style
yoghurt and halved fresh figs. Drizzle with honey.
