coconut pops1 tablespoon finely
grated lime zest1 Place mango in food processor
and blitz until smooth. Add the
coconut water, coconut milk
and lime juice. Process until well
combined. Stir in the lime zest.
2 Carefully pour the mango
mixture evenly into 10 x ¹⁄³ cup
(80ml) capacity iceblock moulds.
Freeze the pops overnight, or
until firm. Serve immediately.
