“We were always on top of each other in our old
house,” says homeowner Jody Austin. “Now, we
have many different areas where people can peel
off to.” These include the front verandah, a rear
verandah with gorgeous river views where the
family dines much of the year, generous upstairs
and downstairs living areas, and an outdoor
entertaining area with pool table. The backyard,
made level in the renovation, is another plus.
