The decision to include a granny flat in the
plan was a win-win for everyone in the habler
family. “My grandparents wanted somewhere
nice on the water to live and having them close by
is nice for us,” says Cameron. “The granny flat is
self-contained with a separate entrance so my
grandparents still have their privacy, but the boys
can pop in and see their great-grandparents daily
and Jo and I are there for them if needed.”
