This is the life
The house is a modest 250m2, the block a generous
1900m2. While many renovators with this amount
of land would have been tempted to extend, David
says the garden is as important to him as the house.
“I love having the space to get my hands dirty. The
garden was in a dreadful state when I took it on, but
with the help of my friend [tropical garden expert]
Dennis Hundscheidt, I have been able to rejuvenate
it. That said, it’s still a work in progress!”
