The apartment’s layout is configured with the
living room at its heart and the terrace as its
crown. “The living room connects to everything
so it’s a good spot to base myself if I’m doing a
million and one things,” says Hayley. “I can be at
my busiest there, but it’s also a wonderful place
to unwind.” This is very easy to do with the
doors to the north-west facing terrace open, a
