Functionality is paramount for any home,
especially when a building is being repurposed for
a family of six. Owners Nicki and Michael Dalton
spent an extensive amount of time with interior
designer Daniella Rowles in the planning phase to
get the details right. One of Nicki’s favourite
features is the concrete banquette in the kitchen,
where the children offload their gear before
scattering throughout the house.
