2 bananas
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 cup plant-based milk
(I used almond milk)
½ cup cashews (soaked)
¾ cup water
1 tbsp maple syrup
Some vanilla powder
Optional: toppings (cacao nibs,
popped quinoa)
method
blend the bananas with the berries and plant-
based milk until smooth and creamy.
Set aside and blend the cashews with the rest of
the ingredients, except the toppings.
Layer everything in jars and add your toppings.
Enjoy!
