Try sweet spices like cinnamon in savory
dishes. It gives an extra depth of flavor that
is unbelievably delicious and nobody
will ever guess what it is that makes your
chili or bolognese taste so good!

There are so many delicious vegetables and
herbs that we might have disliked as a child
and never tried again as an adult. But give
them a chance again. Try roasting root
vegetables in the oven with some olive oil
and herbs. The natural sugars will come
out and you won’t believe the taste!

Next time you make smoothies, try
adding lime, ginger and mango.
